Cleaning Services Newcastle provides domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, ironing, laundry, and related household cleaning services across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we provide.

By requesting a quote or booking a service through our website or by telephone, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accepting These Terms

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleaning Services Newcastle in relation to your use of this website and our cleaning services. They are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Pricing and Quotations

• All prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is agreed before work begins.
• Prices shown on this website are indicative averages only. Your actual quote may differ based on property size, condition, and services required.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work is materially different from what was described at quotation stage.
• No work begins until pricing has been agreed with you in writing or by telephone.
• VAT is included in any quoted price unless otherwise stated.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed when we provide written or verbal confirmation of the date, time, and agreed price.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances, including illness of the assigned cleaner. We will provide a replacement cleaner or offer the earliest available alternative date.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.
• You are responsible for securing any valuables, fragile items, or items you do not wish our cleaners to handle.
• Please inform us of any hazards, special requirements, or areas you do not wish us to clean before the visit.
• All information you provide to us must be accurate and not misleading.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your property or belongings
• Loss of income or consequential losses
• Damage arising from items or surfaces not disclosed to us prior to the clean
• Damage caused by products or substances you have provided

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Cleaning Services Newcastle. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written permission.

8. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are not affected by these terms. You have the right to expect services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and at a reasonable price.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
